Group Bookings

Thank you for looking at organising a group booking with us, the following information will hopefully assist you in organising your trip:

• We can hold attentive booking date for 1 month only, date availability changes daily, so please call to confirm that a date is available.
• The maximum number for our tour is 32 people, consisting of 15 Twin share/ Double rooms and 2 single rooms. We DO NOT take more than 2 singles per trip.
• $100.00 per person deposit is to be paid within 1 month of booking the date of your tour.
• Full payment of the remaining money is to be received by Barham Riverland Motel 1 month prior to the booked date.

Luggage.

Group Cancellation Policy.

• If a cancellation occurs 1 month prior to final payment date, 50% of deposit will be retained, or full deposit amount can be transferred to a different Tour date.
• If a cancellation occurs once final payment has been paid, all monies will be refunded less a $200.00 per person administration fee.
• Any cancellations made prior to 1month of tour date booked can transfer to another date.

Cancellation Policy.

• Once a deposit has been made, if you cancel 1 month prior to tour date we offer you a full refund or we can transfer your deposit to a different tour date.
• Cancellation prior to 2 weeks of booked tour date a $50.00 per person administration fee will be retained.
• If you cancel within the 2 weeks of the booked tour date you will forfeit your deposit, with the option of transferring it to a later date.

Please note: Cancellations under 7 days prior to departure or non completion of tour result in no refund of any monies.
